“Odyssey” sets many milestones for Cisarik’s artistic career. This collection marks his introduction to Santa Fe, with G2 Gallery as his representation. “Odyssey” is a canvas collection of 7 large canvas works. Each piece (and the collection as a whole) is intended to capture Cisarik’s personal, metaphorical, and artistic journey to presenting his work in Santa Fe.

From the artist: “While color palettes and moods differ across “Odyssey”, each piece represents themes and emotions of personal and artistic periods of growth over the years. With a color palette that nods to Santa Fe’s natural elements, each work is representative of events throughout my life, ultimately tying back to personal growth from both triumphs and tribulations. Each work contains many of my traditional artistic elements, like scrawls and large color blocks, but also introduces a great amount of depth and translucency, which I have added to my technique and artistic style in recent months. The timing of announcing G2 as my representation in Sante Fe, along with this as my largest exhibition to date, couldn’t be more timely. This announcement almost perfectly coincides to my 4th anniversary of beginning to paint for the very first time. The true shock, disbelief, and state of humbleness of having a presence in Santa Fe - a place that I consider to be one of the major art hubs in the U.S. - is an understatement. This has helped me recognize not only that I’m right where I need to be in my life but also to realize my worth and my capabilities. This is part of my Odyssey.”
